A. Yes, shipping is Free Worldwide on items over $ 150.
Q. Where do you ship from?
We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in US & China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.
Q. When Will I Receive my Order?
Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic & international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive in the USA (varies from product to product). Other countries can take an estimated 2-4 weeks (varies from product to product) due to distance traveling and customs. Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimates.
Q. Where can I place an order from?
A. You can place an order from any country, we ship Worldwide.
Q. Which currency will I be charged in?
A. We processes all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.
Q. Is Checkout on this site safe and secure?
A. You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure.
Q. Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?
A. For most countries you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where are you located and if you order more than 1 piece.
Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?
A. It will usually take 7-30 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.
Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?
A. It will take usually between 2-5 business days.

Q. Why is my order Being Shipped in Different Packages?
If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a backorder, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!
Q. What Happens if my Order Gets Stuck or Lost in the Mail?
All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back, or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.
